Tourist homes: behind the dream ...


The Residence is still dreaming investors. Of the 150,000 investors account market, 85% are individuals. On paper, this investment of buying an apartment in a residence for rent to vacationers, is attractive.

With these arguments, developers and operators abound of projects. Les Menuires (Savoy) in Boulogne-sur-Mer (Pas-de-Calais) through Beauval (Loir-et-Cher), dozens of new homes are put on the market.

Not to mention Village Nature, the "biggest tourist resort project in Europe" is about to break ground a few miles from Disney, in the forests of Ferrieres and Crecy. Green walls, hanging gardens, geothermal ... the green luxury residence, which will be sold at full price - 5200 Euro / m2 - Pierre et Vacances Center Parcs (PVCP).
